Dr. ***** ******** was incredibly skilled, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my specific challengesincluding tinnitus, high-frequency hearing loss, and difficulty hearing in noisy environmentsand tailored a solution that actually works.The hearing aids she recommended are loaded with advanced features like directional microphones, tinnitus masking, and Bluetooth connectivity, all of which have made a huge difference in my daily life.     I have been receiving service and have never had an issue. They helped me navigate use of my first hearing device. I made several trips back with questions that were answered. The service has always been administered with kindness and with expert advice. I was directed to these associates by my medical insurance and so glad I was.
