  Been working with AZS for years. ***** is a god send when you have an HVAC problem. He is extremely responsive even when we say its not an emergency. Very prompt response and quickly troubleshoots and resolves the issue. In cases where there is an underlying cause (we had inadequate air return flow in our old house), he made recommendations to help us identify what needs to be done. The solution was relatively simple and resolved what had been a recurring issue. He explains what he is looking at, and what the problem is (and the solution). Does a great job and is always polite and very patient. They installed our new system in our house and we highly recommend them without hesitation. Best HVAC service we have ever worked with.

  My husband and I purchased our home a month ago and I have been trying to get bids for a remodel after we found out our home wasn’t wired properly. It has brought us to find many other things that are wrong or not up to code including our HVAC system. The owner ***** is the first of over five companies to be honest and explain why no one else has given us official bids. He was kind enough to come out on a Saturday and explain why our duct work is compromised and offer many solutions depending on what exactly we are looking for. Surprisingly enough his company serviced the house we purchased multiple times starting in 2013! 10/10 would recommend!

  AZS installed new ***** systems for us last year. When it came time for spring check of equipment they did it with no charge. Last week Ameren replaced our meter and somehow caused our dishwasher and thermostat to stop working. I called AZS and ***** came right over, within half hour or less, and put a new thermostat in for free!I chose AZS last year because of their straightforward presentation, which turned out to be quite true. The after purchase service has been mind boggling. Are there any more companies like this around?If you need HVAC, get these guys. They're the best.

  This company is the best I have ever experienced for HVAC issues not only in ********* but anywhere I have lived. They combine all the aspects of excellence: very low cost, complete competence and really fast service when it matters. During the recent heat wave, our a/c unit stopped cooling on a Friday afternoon. I honestly was hoping for Monday at the earliest but they were out here within a couple hours and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and had it fixed in under 25 minutes. And, they did all this including parts, labor and service call for under $230 (it turned out to be the dual switch for the fan and compressor had died on the compressor side so only the fan was turning on instead of both). I can only imagine how long it would have taken other companies to even get here and have my doubts others would have found such a low cost and totally effective solution. AZS said that minor repair was all that was required and they were right--it has worked perfectly since. If you are one of their customers, they reward loyalty and will make sure they get to you so as soon as they possibly can. I recommend them without reservation for both quality and cost for any HVAC issue. One of the best businesses in ********* in this line of work and in any work for that matter. They only charge for what you actually need and home HVAC is an area where very few customers would honestly know what they actually needed and didn't need and when they needed it. While giving us a very low bill on this occasion (and every occasion so far), they have also told us that our system was a "low end one" and one not known for longevity no matter how good the maintenance. I know they are telling the truth because we have discovered from numerous other repair people that every appliance item or system installed by the prior owners was extremely low rent. Whenever our low end system needs any more work, major or minor, AZS will be the only company I will be calling.
