    Hello, I initially ordered the "Tropical Leaves Duvet ************* Set (Egyptian Cotton) - Purple / King size 4Pcs / Both Sheets" from this business on July 8, 2023, for $249.99. I received confirmation on August 13,2023, that my order had shipped. When I attempted to track my order initially, the order showed that it was in ***** for the first few times. I have tried several times in the interim to track the order, and am now met with a "page not found." I attempted to contact the business through ShopPay (through which I initially ordered), but have never received a response. I would like to receive a refund for the amount paid.

    Ordered a comforter 2 months ago on March 7th and it looks like it hasn't shipped yet. The tracking page says "Page cannot be found". I emailed them 5 times and have yet to hear back. I can't find a phone number anywhere on the website.     I purchased a bedding set in the summer of 2022. I have attempted to reach out to the company for the status of my order or a refund over 10 times. I have yet to receive a response to my inquiries. Nor have I received any response regarding my order, the status, or a full refund.

    I ordered a comforter in July 2022, email about three weeks later saying shipped, with no tracking number. Now September 2, 2022, thirteen respectful inquiry emails later, or one response or indication of order status. Still out the purchase price and I think the emails go to a far away galaxy. Just ridiculous and a rip off. Hopefully others avoid this scam outfit cause they dont follow through, but to avoid and dont deliver products you paid for.

    On May 11th, I visited the website of For Habitat. I saw a duvet and sheet set on sale that I liked and purchased. I received an immediate email that thanked me for my purchase, it also said that it would take four to six weeks for delivery. On May 14th, I received another email titled " Your order is coming soon." It provided a link to track the delivery process. On June 18th, I received another email titled "Your order is on the way." When I click "Track," it shows the destination location (my address) and states that the order has not shipped yet. I sent an email on the 12th of July asking about the status of my order. I did not receive a reply. I sent a second email on the 22nd of July asking about the status of my order, and I have not received a reply. I understand in our current market climate, there are delays and set-back, but I am very upset that the organization has ignored my emails and not provided any attempt to respond. It is now entering the beginning of August, which is two and a half months. Since the order has not shipped, I would like a full refund for the duvet and sheet set.
