    We signed our son up to play for this team. They claim we entered a contract and we never signed anything. At the time, we couldn't afford the fees. They told my son he could work to help with the fees. That helped pay for a lot of it. Then my son was kicked off the team without any discussion. It was found that he was wrongfully kicked off the team. Now they are sending us to collections. We don't owe them anything. They didn't provide a service to us because my son never played. He told my son over the phone the only reason he was charging him is because he was mad at him.  They told the collection agency we signed a contract on 8/10.  I never received anything from them.  He claims my son has a bat, but he doesn't.

    His son, practiced all winter with our team, has a full set of jerseys, we had already discounted his price by $1000.  He used a facility that we rent, as well he was on Fieldlevel premium and we paid to insure him.  He owes more than what we are asking and he is expected to pay for it.  He son was remoyfrom the team for stealing $500 from another player.  I can provide proof if you need wi**esses.  
    i almost forgot he also played in the tournament in *********.  So, the apple doesn’t fall far.  Please remove this complaint.  I have attached the roster from the ** tournament.  ** ***** is the player in question.
