      In December my truck was towed by this company. They were taking it to the **** dealership. During the tow, the truck came off the bed and was damaged. They fixed it but it took until this past Friday to get it back. However the door won't lock. I've called them on this and they said they only work on the vehicles at night. They told me they would have to work it in and they would call me when they could get to it. I don't have any other transportation to get there and get back.

      We fixed her truck after it was damaged during the tow.   She took the truck and she was happy with it, and a couple of weeks later something was wrong and she wanted us fix that as well, but that is  beyond our control.

      I am rejecting this response because: I didnt realize the truck was not locked until the next day.  It wasnt 2 weeks later.  I called and explained to ***** what happened and when I left their shop and yes I was happy with the work but I want the door put back on the way it was when I brought it to them.  I need to have my door locked.  I feel extremely unsafe every time I leave my house.   I am giving you one fair chance before I have to take any other additional steps. I do not want to have to do that, I want to do it the nice way.  I hope you will work with me and get this straightened out the nice way without any problems.  I can take it to ****, I just want them to take care of their mistake that's all I ask.  I am willing to take it to **** and have it repaired and send the bill to your shop.  I had nothing to do with how my husband acted and lost his temper I'm not sure with what he said I just know he lost his temper.  My husband apologized for losing his temper. He is in the early stages of dementia.  I am going to work it out myself from now on. My husband did lose his temper and he apologizes but I dont think that has anything to do with my door locks being fixed.  I hope this can be resolved without needing to take any additional steps.

      Whan towing damaged my vehicle while towing. When he unloaded it he damaged the right rear fender. And the air horn that is located inside the grill.   I didn't see it was damaged until he left. I called and got the dispatcher. They said that the owner would call but he never did. This occurred October 1st. The car is not drivable. I can't get an estimate. One place I talked to said it would be $300 for them to just look at it; we don't have many places down here that have a frame alignment equipment. They estimated approximately $7500. I have tried calling the business and they have hung up on me. I went there in person and he started cussing me out.

      We have pictures of pre existing damage to the vehicle, customer made an insurance claim and we provided the damage pictures to them. The insurance has not paid out on a false damage claim and the customer is continuing to harass me and my company.

      I am rejecting their response.  I was able to drive it to the car show and now it is not running.  They have not even seen my car.  I want them to fix it.  That is all.
