    Beware! He backed out on me last minute after I paid for my home and had the pad poured....I talked with him from early Dec. to the day he backed out on me as he reassured he was gonna do it since he runs things so half assed and then he didn't even bother to call on the day it was to be delivered which happend to be my Birthday which was Feb.27th.I texted him and the 28th abd he proceeded to tell me he wasn't going to do it.I would not depend on him if I were you.

    I had them move a mobile home for me in mid ******** last weekend. **** was very professional, he came first and saw the site where it was coming from and where it was going. The day of the move he showed up with a crew and you could just tell they knew what they were doing. They all just got to work and were like a well oiled machine. I was very happy overall.
