Hired this company to do two jobs and they only did half of the first one. Asked that we pay them in advanced to help with the gasoline and labor. First job was a small ********* job but was never completed. Second job was hauling dirt and it was never started. At this point were out $3750 and will have to seek reimbursement by legal means because the owner has made it clear he will not complete the job and will not reimburse our money. These people have played this same game with other people so do not do business with them unless you want to take them to court to get reimbursed.

On January 17, 2023 I hired Diamond W Dirtworx to pour a 24' x 36' concrete pad with smooth finish for a garage. They poured the slab on 3/14/2023 and it was a failed pour, the slab was over 1 inch out of square and more that 2inches out of level. They agreed to fix it by pouring an additional 4inches of concrete over the existing pad. They completed the second pour on 4/11/2023 and the second pour was a fail as well. The slab is still not level. The slab has high and low spots the full length, in some places the level varies up to one inch in less than a foot. I spoke to the owner ************************* and he told me they could grind the slab level and they would seal it. April 29th 2023 two employees showed up with a rented concrete sander not a grinder and told me they were going to try sand down some high spots, I told them ****** said they were grinding it level and his guys told me they don't have the ability to do that. I contacted ****** again and he admitted they could not grind it and wanted to patch it with leveling compound. I spoke to several concrete professionals for a second opinion and they agreed the pad was not repairable. So I asked Diamond W. Dirtworx to refund my money and remove the concrete. I have spoken with ************************* the owner several times since and he will not agree to refund my money or remove the pad. He did tell me if I wanted file a claim with his insurance I would have to file it myself so I asked for his insurance info but he would not provide it. I have paid his company a total of $15,450. I'm attaching a couple photos of the work but I can supply more photos if needed.
