      I wanted to shop local for my phone screen repair. The cost quote was $350. Crazy high, but I'm in a pinch and need it quick, locally. I recieved a call during the service to let me know that they broke the back of my phone. After the work was complete, I picked up the phone to discover the screen is different and "aftermarket" and a lesser screen version which was not disclosed prior to service. At first they tried to brush it off with "unfortunately, that's just part of it." I insisted that it be corrected, and asked to speak with management. They declined my request to speak with management and decided they would order the correct phone screen and would take 3 weeks to be in and cost an additional 50 dollars. They intimidated me into paying the remaining 80 dollars of labor, even though the work was not complete.
      After leaving, within an hour the phone screen was rendered inoperable. I returned. Asked them to put on the back the original broken screen and refund me for the aftermarket screen. They did but refused to refund the remaining fees even though the job was not satisfactory and they left my phone with a broken back panel. So I sent 80 dollars and lost a days worth of work and only have a more broken phone to show for it.
