    We were sub contracted to install your solar system. We did not get paid from the company you purchased it from. You have a warranty claim that we cannot help with for free. I have given you our rates for service work. Please stop with the verbal harassment as we are not the ones to blame for your situation

    Worst customer service and by far the most unprofessional Ive ever worked with. They would show up without calling, lie about contacting me to set up appointments, and, many times, had no idea what they were doing. They would have to facetime a more experienced worker to complete the jobs eventually. Two weeks after the system had been fully functioning, they stopped by, unannounced, and proceeded to start working on it. Luckily I heard them on my roof and went out to investigate. They explained that theyd heard my system didnt pass inspection and they ****** were moving it and needed to paint the pipe on the roof. Again, they hadnt even come to the door to inform me of this. I saw later that they didnt put anything down while painting and now I have spray paint on my roof. Apparently, before this, they had gone to the wrong house and, Im assuming, were reprimanded because I received discriminatory hate messages from one of their employees. I heard that employee was since let go, but have no way of confirming this. There is still paint on my roof and Ive been waiting for over a week to be contacted about getting this mistake, that they made, corrected. Of course, no contact has been received as of this writing. Beware of this company.Update 7/30/23. *** been handed off to *********************** and been dealing with him for over two months. During this time hes avoided me every chance hes gotten and lied to me. Worst company ever!
