  I cant give a justifiable rating because the stars so 1 out of 5= -5. You do not want to company, you will never hear from them and if you do, it's only because you have to call them from a phone they don't recognize. They broke their end of the contract and they cannot be trusted. If I give someone 500 dollars to come pick up my estate and I don't get answers or results. that can cause a big problem. And now you have a problem that won't go away. You broke your contract! It's that simple. To top it all off you better hold things that mean the most to you or they will be destroyed. I didn't give U Bought It any permission to take stuff out of my house and put it in a dumpster. I had family heirlooms older than your britches and threw that stuff out. For the last 5 months I have it in my head and sickens me that they would destroy things that are not theirs to begin with!?! Anything you have to say now is an excuse. Good trying remove this post.

  This company deserves zero stars. Owes people money and ignores attempts to contact. Do the right thing. Act right.

  Actually only deserves 0 out of 5. We had him for an auction at out parents house. He has his people bid for items very cheap for him. Hes more of a ***** than a legit business man. Starts everything at a ************* even for expensive items. He knew what stuff should bring. Was a horrible sale! My parents were probably rolling over in their grave. Still bothers me every time I see his ads.

  I sold item at this auction the contract was signed on 12/28/22. He held the items for a month then charged me $80 for a month storage the night my items sold the clerk told me want they went for but 2 months later when I get the list there was over $500 difference in what she told me and what he said it sold for. I started researching to find who bought some items to see what they actually paid for them. I found the lady that bought two of my items and there was a $50 discrepancy over what her receipt says and what he said she paid thats plain stealing. I cant find the other buyers that bought items but if the owner *************************, is that much of a ***** that hes gonna do it one item hes gonna do it multiple items and to multiple people. please please do not use or buy from his auction. If I could give no stars or negative ones I would

  I was the head clerk for this Auction house since October. This man has stole from his cosigners, changed numbers in the system to profit higher without them knowing and taking there jewelry to ******* ******* in O'Fallon Missouri and cashing in the gold and silver not giving the consigner a red cent or knowledge that he has the items.
  This man is rude mean and sicking. I return to work early after major surgery to help do light work and he decides to throw things at me at a jobsite . One week after after he done this to other females. Then we get back to Auction house he continues to tell me I don't look like I feel good and should go home. I actually felt pretty good all day until he threw the clients things on me. He told me repeatedly like over 3 times to go home. It was 415. He said you normally leave at 4 anyways . I was staying until 5 that day but he just kept pushing me to leave so I grab my keys and left... He claims I walked out. But after being told to go home that many times ok I get it , I'll leave.. He was in a bad mood all day anyways. I went back to get my check and give him my keys he said I walked out and he owes me nothing for work I done. He has refused to pay me. Like he has many others. I have reported him . He stealing from ALL OF YOU. The Auction Flex he is using won't change , maybe at his end not at the main company. It's time to put a END TO HIS LIES AND STEALING..

  We dropped stuff off for auction on February 19th. Today is April 26th and we still have not received the money from the sale. Every time I have called **** we got a run around. The icing on the cake was when he told me we were only talking 100's of dollars not thousands! So I took that to mean unless your making him big money he's not concerned about when or if you get your money. I used to think he was a stand up guy. Guess not. Next action will be the BBB.

  There is not any negative stars for this place. **** is liar and a thief. He came to my house and took 2 16' trailers plus a van and a truck full of my stuff. He took from out side like patio furniture, extra chairs that I know would of brought good money. But instead by his words and by the check I got which was $400.00. I go to auction all the time, the receipts and cards I got were ridiculous. He wrote 2 checks with the same check number on them. The amounts were different . That is what his receipt said that he sent me. He is just in business to steal from people. And rude OMG he is number one in rudeness. What ever you do do not have him come to your house and take your stuff to sell because he will rip you off. That is if you can't go yourself to see how much your stuff actually sells for. And that is if you can find out when he is going to sell your stuff. I could go on and on Bout him but I think you got the gist. Don't go or use him for the sale of your stuff. He will rip you off.

  This customer consigned with my business in May of 2020, 3 years ago...We had to dig in the mud for items in the backyard of this customers home, after she stated that her daughter and herself dug in dumpsters for these items. This is a no reserve auction, no predetermined pricing and items are sold absolute which means there is no guarantee of what items will bring. As far as I'm concerned you were satisfied with the items as you cashed the check back in 2020, again 3 years later. Your best friend consigned with my business after you as she stated you were satisfied with the results. This customer is simply not happy with the results and decided to review my business 3 years later.
