    Lighthouse Dental started my treatment in Feb 2024. I requested upper and lower partials. Instead of receiving full replacement of missing teeth on the upper left, I received 2 where there should have been 3. On the lower partials, I received 2 teeth on both sides where there should have been 3 on both sides. This malpractice was disputed by office staff who yelled and argued with me when I expressed my disappointment in the outcome. This office has a limited qualified staff. I have filed a complaint with my insurance. The customer service representative was extremely threatening to me. Very unprofessional.

    We tried everything we could to rectify this situation with *****. We also tried to schedule the patient to complete her treatment and she no call no showed to one of them and cancelled the other appointments. We offered her and her insurance a refund and she requested the partial instead of the refund. We mailed the package to the patient, per her request, on 11/13/2024. It was mailed with insurance coverage and a signature required upon delivery. Attached you will find the email between the office and ***** where she requested the partial be mailed instead of the refund, the document she signed, the receipt from the post office, and the photos of the package that was mailed.
