    We were desperate for ** in July,2020. Only the Air Guys could come in two days. I paid the full $4,7500 instead of only half up front to be "nice". He couldn't get the name brand ** he promised because of 'supply chain' problems. One worker and friend showed up for the installation. They worked 11 1/2 hours and the ** still didn't work. The owner said it was because of a "mother board" problem, he would get a new one, and they would finish the work on Monday. I checked their work and it looked horrible. The door didn't fit the unit in the attic, there were unconnected wires, and the ** was a cheap one made in ******. I knew it wasn't just a mother board problem and didn't want to spend another long day with these incompetent installers. I told the owner when he came Monday to give me back my money and take the ** with him. "NO, it's yours", he said. I took him to Small Claims Court twice, won both times but with a pro **** lawyer on received $37.00 from his bank account. At the time this happened, BBB had given them an F rating. I should have looked at ratings before I contracted with them. I know better now.
