    My experience with this company has been horrible. They gave me 2 contracts for 2 different jobs. They finished one job months after the job was supposed to be done . It was very poor quality and has lots of issues. The owner is extremely rude, emotionally immature and manipulated. The worst communication from a company. Wouldnt answer texts or would respond angrily, for simply asking when they would be at my house working or for getting more information. I felt like I had a part time job getting them to come do the work. She asked for a down payment on both jobs and would continue to ask for more money as the one job went on and even asked for the other down payment for the other job because she said they were going to start it, this was in early February and the job never got started. In the written contract both jobs would get permits . She later would negotiate with me not to get a permit in order to do the job the way it needed to be done , even though at the beginning of the agreement it would all be done to code and procedure. The door isnt to code. She herself said she was canceling the second contract early May/ end of June. She has about $9,000 of my money that she needs to return since ending the second jobs contract. She told me she would give it back in 30 days. Till a recent conversation where she told me I should explore legal options to get my money back. I could go on with more details but the goal is to get my money back and be done with this nightmare of an experience.

    To the BBB,

    I will attach some screenshots of messages for you to best judge our response/communication with the client. We answered her CONSTANTLY. 

    She would go from being extremely pleased to long rants. Almost as if something was not ok within herself. 

    We did run long. Yet she got over ******* in upgrades, when it was pointed out she was very disrespectful and said it was your choice. 
    She absolutely treated everyone on my team like a 2nd class citizen and team members started not wanting to go to her jobsite. 

    It was very very difficult to listen to her cuss her 2 yr old out. And then continue to take it out on us. 

    She appealed to me as a single mom that I help her with her project. Needing a 2nd bathroom. So I couldn't make the budget work unless we removed the permit pull off an enclosed outside porch. 

    AFTER we were done she claimed she didn't recall a conversation. We in writing offered to go to city hall and pay what penalty we'd incur and do what as asked of us. 
    She then told us no no leave it it's done. 
    Then she canceled her patio as you can see I'm a screenshot, I really wanted to do it for her son to be able to play, yet she started blaming us for random stuff that would stop working or such around her old house. As you can see in text. And she demanded we fixed it for free. 
    Then tired to blame the employees. 

    I made the decision to honor her request and not do the patio. 
    Then she started really getting nasty that we are scam artist (which I am including photos. Don't know which scam artist do the work and get chewed out daily) she said her neighbors knew I was a scam artist and got out fast. Yet I have personal messages from the neighbors there they never felt scammed or owed anything. We just had a schedule conflict. 

    We said we'd run numbers and get her paperwork and/or any monetary refund due within 30 business days May 9th. She would not have it. 

    She said reference to screenshot how she thanked and loved the work we did. Yet them said her industry friends are appalled by the work. Yet she asked us this spring to bid a inground pool. 

    We do  not refund the initial 10% down. ($2k)
    She talks about showing our drawing to people in the industry for advice. We'll that was $1800.00 to get drawn to scale. Which will be deducted form her $8700 she had herself concluded was owed to her. 

    Her contract was LABOR only for her bathroom yet she feels we owe her free material. 

    I could continue on and on. However, as I mentioned to ***. We are in the service industry not servants. 


    She lacks compassion, politeness, is very argumentative and belittling. 

    As you can see. She did NOT even allow the 30 business days before she reached out to complain about us. It was like that every step of the way.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This response to my request for my money back from the second contract being cancelled is a perfect example of how she runs and communicates in her business. 
    So much deflection and projection. She didnt even give an answer or a definitive number of how much she will be returning to me of my money. Instead she talked about the amount of money she will not be giving me back like the down payment and drawings ( there is no fine print on the contract I signed about loosing a down payment and having to pay for drawings if the contract is to get canceled) And ironically she was late in her response stating at the end thanking you all for the extension. 
    She is defending her behavior by attacking my character. I know myself and know I have never yelled or made anyone on her team act like a servant . She is reading a tone in my text messages that simply is not there but is a client trying her best to get information on work being done in her home. The main worker Naomy on her last day said to me we should get our kids together sometime for a playdate . I dont feel it nessary to defend my behavior as a unhappy customer for a business ******************** complaint , but because she is attacking me as a way to validate and avoid the topic of her poor business I have attached texts from her where she compliments my character. These texts are all from April , so at the end of the experience not at the beginning. Talking about respecting me and wanting to be more like me , Happy. Adoring me as a fellow women and mom. 
    I had 2 jobs with her. My bathroom they built . And a patio with a door way from my house. I cancelled the patio job that hadnt been started yet . I just had **** ****  from the grout Medic come out to look at the bathroom because when we use the shower water leaks all over the floor. He concluded that the bathroom was done incorrectly and would need to be removed and redone completely. They didnt caulk the doors at all or install it correctly . The tile is done incorrectly because they didnt leave any space between for grout. I have pictures of the shower being built and from those he informed me they didnt put a shower pan lining in and because of that I will always have a water leaking issue that will go into the walls and damage my house over time. 
    The concrete they poured which they dug out at the beginning of February and told me they had to wait till they get 5 days in a row of hot temperature days and night before they pour the concrete to best assure for not cracking , (leaving me with a mud and rock tripping hazard for months) I now see a small crack in the concrete. As well as left over rock and concrete that was dumped on my tree during pouring. 
    The communication, timeliness and intuition the work they were doing wasnt good was my reason for cancelling the patio job. Finding an issue with the bathroom only weeks after completion I now know I was in the right to cancel the other job. 
    At this point I just want my money back that she has for the patio job that was cancelled. I will not be calling to fix or pay for the shower that now needs to be redone. 
    I have my numbers from what she owes me and have asked for hers as I know this could be a complicated return . I wanted to be on the same page. She avoided the question and would just get mad at me saying that Im harassing her and that she has 30 days. The only reason I reached out to BBB was because of her last message to me about 100% encouraging me to explore my legal options . I thought this would be a good place to start for the support in getting my money back . And to help warn other people about her business.

    It will take me 30 business days to compile all the information I need to determine the exact amount to refund you from the date of 05/09/24 which would make it 06/22/24. By that time at absolute latest I will have that figure for you. We apologize for this outcome and situation, however, we have to acknowledge we have explored every option and it weighs heavy on us that this situation is left with dissatisfaction. However as always, we encourage you to exercise your legal rights if you do feel the need to reach out to an attorney. At the end of the day we need to make decisions that are best for our clients, our business and mental health over all. We shall work with you to get an appropriate refund, and when that is done our business will be concluded. As a note: due to your choice to bring in an outside worker regarding the running a bead of **** in the shower, that will void your warranty with us as per policy.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I will wait till the 30 business days to get my money back. When I get the money back on or before the date I will then decide what next step I will take depending on how much I get back . And to be clear the refunded money is due at that time not just a number. 


    I also want to be clear it was not a bead of caulk missing from the shower door but from the entire shower door. Sides , bottoms , corners , top. The shower doors dont slide properly. They have fallen on my roommate while showering. The top of the door is missing a couple inches therefor not meeting the wall. The shower base was installed incorrectly and will cause water damage to my house if not ripped out and rebuilt. Water leaks out and onto the floor each shower. And the tile on walls was done incorrectly by not creating space between with grout . As well as the newly poured concrete on my driveway is already cracking. None of these above issues were responded too. And when I brought them to her attention once noticed she told me a worker would come out the next week but I was no showed and no called. When I reached out after I was met with a very angry and unprofessional response. Making me very uncomfortable to ever have this company back inside my home to fix the problems of this newly built bathroom. 


    Like I stated before I will not be worrying about a warranty because there is no chance I would let these people come back to fix the work as they clearly have no idea what they are doing. I might not get any money back from this scam of a bathroom but I at least want to worn other people about this company. 
    After doing more research I have found there is already 2 open cases on her and this company for breach of contract in just this last year. I realize I didnt do good enough research on this company . So I hope this information here can help others.

    I reached out and the business's response was that they would give me a partial refund if I agreed to take down the complaint and signed some forms and don't write any more bad reviews.  She said she is willing to give me $5,000 if I do these things.

    Hello.
    Im writing you because the complaint I made ,number in subject line, has not been complete due to the business. The last message the business agreed to give me my refund by 30 business days at the latest. That day came and went with no refund and no communication. I waited 5 extra days in case a check was coming in the mail. By the 5th day I reached out and her response in short was that she would refund a partial amount back to me only if I agreed to retract my complaint from BBB and not write any bad reviews, sign an NDA. I wanted to let you know this is what she told me and still hasnt given me any refund. I wanted to see what you guys thought of this kind of black mail.

    08/20/2024 JM: Left message with the Consumer. Very upset regarding how the work was performed at her home. 

    08/27/2024 JM; Spoke with ***** and still having problems with the work that was done at her home and is wanting a refund

    08/27/2024 JM: *****, stated it was two contracts involved. 1st Patch and Concrete-(which was done wrong) 2st -Screen and Patio. I gave her additional $2000. After I have paid out everything for material , labor, and other items total of $19850.00  Everything that was per  contract  was done wrong and not according to spic's .  I have gotten a text message from *** stating she offer $5000.00 and take away complaint and the consumer would have to sign NDA agreement and take down the BBB Complaint. 

    09/03/2024 JM: Spoke with ***** again and advised her that I haven't heard from *** at this time. However, I have emailed her and called her for response. Ms. ***** explained again that *** performed her work without a permit. *****, stated that there was two projects that needed to be done. The 1st project was done incorrectly-(patio and concrete)- this job was done without a permit. Job#2 -(Scree and back porch)- *** never returned a call or came back to complete/start the job. Ms. ***** is still seeking her cost $9000.00 or she will seek outside legal help. 

    09/09/2024 JM:  Spoke with ***** and advised her of the offer made from  ***-(Construction) business. ***, offer to pay her $8700.00 per month at a rate of $500.00 per until it is pay in full. This offer is only good if she signs a NDA and take down any negative comments/reviews regarding her business. 

    10/11/24 JM; I won't accept the offer of $8700.00 and permit cost of $500.00 unless it's a one time payment of $9300.00. I don't want installment payments monthly of $500.00 until the balance is paid in cash. I gave the amount of $8700.00 in cash to *** and would like that amount plus the new permit cost of $500 totaling $9300. as a one time payment. If I am unable to get this form of settlement I will have my attorneys to get involved. 

    11/1/2024 JM; I will be looking into her assets as that is all public knowledge , to see before writing a lien letter . But as of now I will have her agree to these terms and have an attorney write up a promising letter. $175 paid by her . So if she doesnt pay she will be taken to court. 

    11/5/2024JM: If she doesn't change the original agreement to my satisfaction I will be force to get my own attorney to get this matter resolve.

    08/28/2024 JM: Spoke with *** this morning and she is sending me more information regarding this complaint. Business-(Owner) is still trying to determine what the outcome. According to *** she has been in contact with the consumer. However, the consumer is being very difficult to deal with.

    09/09/2024 JM: Spoke with *** and she has offered to paid $8700.00 back to the customer in $500.00 installments if she signs a NDA and take down any negative reviews. 

    09/16/2024 JM: Spoke with *** and she agreed with ***** to pay the additional fee of ($500.00) for the permit.  *** is willing to pay a total of $9300.00 back to the Consumer-(*****) if she agrees with the installment plan of $500.00 per month until she has pay off the total amount o f $9300.00.

    09/30/2024 JM: Spoke with *** and she will be drafting a letter to send to *****-Consumer for the approval regarding the $500.00 per month and any interest penalties. 

    10/06/2024 JM: Spoke with *** and she has sent the following payment arrangement for ***** to approve or decline. According to *** Shower Pan is at the clients discretion and was given instruction not to enter ***** Property. *** wants ***** to complete a NDA document. 

    11/05/2024 JM: Spoke with *** she has been very sick and will provide a new document by the end of week-Nov 7-24). 

    11/07/2024 JM: *** has sent me her final offer today for this consumer to approve or decline.  Final offer below and has been sent to the consumer.

    500 a month on the 15th. 
    After 30days we will pay a $50 late fee. 
    We will agree to her interest specified by her. No charges to it. 

    Upon entering into this agreement both parties will remove, refrain from any mention of the other entering into a legally binding NDA. 
    IF either party were to get 3rd party to mention either party the entire agreement becomes null and void. With legal rights to losses of either party.

    On XXXX date I made a loan to __________ in the amount of 9300 dollars which is to be repaid over the next 20 months at an interest rate of 10% per annum.  The monthly payment will be $506.76 with the first payment due on 11-1-2024 and every successive payment being due on the 1st of the month until this mortgage is paid in full.

    02/03/2025 AB: Consume called back and would like to be paid in full in the amount.  $9300.00

    02/20/2025 AB:  Consumer called and and stated that 9300 for the patio and the bathroom and concrete job that needs to be fix with an additional amount of *********. Consumer will send email with details explaining the breakdown of why she is due to be refunded.

    03/06/2025 AB:  Called consumer and gave her the information from the business and she would like to speak with her lawyer to get clarification moving forward.

    03/07/2025 AB:  Consumer called back and stated that she is unwilling to accept the monthly payments and would like amount upfront in the amount of $8000.00 and then you will sign a NDA. 

    03/07/2025 AB:  Called the consumer back informed her that since the business is making a good faith effort we will be closing this mediation case out as answered, spoke with ****** before I called the consumer back and it was confirmed that   The business has made every effort to get this resolved and the consumer is not satisfied.

    02/07/2025 AB:  Business called back and discussed that this has been in mediation prior and the business has offered the consumer multiple options and the consumer continued to change her mind during the last mediation process.  *** will need to go over her documents and then get back to me about what she is willing to offer. *** needs a week to get everything in order and would like a call back on 02/14/2025 I have put down on my schedule to call her back on that day.

    02/15/2025 AB: Called *** back and the line was busy.  Sent a email to *** so she can schedule a date and time to discuss this case through Outlook.

    02/20/2025 AB: Called *** at our scheduled time today and she needed to reschedule for Monday at 10:30am 02/25/2025 due to her being under the weather.

    02/27/2025 AB:  Called business back left  message was out of the office on Monday and was unable to call *** back that day.

    03/05/2025 AB:  Called business and spoke to ***. The two projects were the bathroom and enclosed patio.  *** stated that she suggested to the consumer to do a shower with tiles instead of fiberglass.  The business states that the consumer was so disrespectful to the employees of the the business.  Business states that they finished the bathroom and they gave her two options for electric either open up walls or surface conduit mouth.  the consumer approved the conduit, and the business stats that the consumer changed her minds on the conduit(Electric) the business buried the wires.  

    The business will commit to the $8000.00 and not a ***** more, ****** a month for 32 months and this is all I can do. I want a NDA from the consumer.
