    I purchased a HMMWV turn signal switch, the second photo shows what was advertised, the first photo shows what I received.They clearly showed a photo of the "natron" brand switch, what I received is some generic switch that sticks, and doenst even work properly.I spoke with "****", and he said that if I wanted the *** switch it would be over $700, so they are wanting me to pay more than I already have paid to get what I already purchased.They show one switch, but send you another of much lower quality. This is "fraud".THE ONLY SOLUTION I WILL ACCEPT IS A "NATRON" REPLACEMENT SWITCH THAT IS SHOWN AND THAT I PAID FOR.

    Hello, See response below we provided ****** last week after calling our office 9/6/24 and leaving a negative review on our ****** account. We spoke to the customer again last week and he choose to return the product for a refund prrior to filing this complaint. Also i would like to add this customer filed a ******************** complaint last year making false claims as well and being irrational. 
    "We are sorry to read your negative review. Today you called our office and spoke to *****, you had stated you were upset with a switch you had purchased off amazon. You had ordered an aftermarket switch however amazons ASIN showed both and aftermarket an oem switch in the photos. The description on the product stated aftermarket which is why the price was less than a 3rd of an OEM which ***** explained. ***** was quick to help rectify the situation offering to cover return shipping and refund you in full for the discrepancy. You had requested an OEM switch for the same price which we are unable to do. Once he stated that we could not, you became irate and called ***** my employee a "stupid mother F*****. ***** stated he was not going to carry this conversation anymore unless you were willing to discuss it in a civilized matter, your response was "F*** you. I take great offense to cursing at my employees when trying to rectify a situation and would request you return the product for a full refund as offered and you no longer purchase from my company."

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

     

    They show one photo of a original NATRON switch, but then send you a switch that is generic, and NOT of the same quality of the one they advertised. NO where in the description did it state it was a aftermarket switch.

    Considering other buyers of this switch have also left negative reviews regarding the same issue, the company is fully aware of the issue, but has done NOTHING to correct it. I simply asked for them to send

    me the switch in the photo, and they wanted to charge me another $500+ for what they advertised in the first place. If you are sending a aftermarket switch, then show a photo of that, and CLEARLY INDICATE such. But you do not, you show one item, and send another of a lower value. That is fraud.

    As I stated, the ONLY solution to this, is for them to send me a replacement NATRON switch as shown in the photo, I will NOT accept any other solutions.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    You are fraudulently showing one item, but sending a much less expensive version, that is a classic example of "bait and switch", and since you have already had another customer complain

    about the exact same thing, that proves you knew it and refused to do anything to correct your fraud.

     

    The switch has been returned, and I will expect a FULL refund IMMEDIATELY upon your receipt of the switch.

    I have requested several times, my email be removed from their mailing list by using their unsubscribe link, however, I keep getting emails from them.

    They are in clear violation of the 'can spam act', by not removing me from their list.

    This act allows the payment/fine of $50,120, per each violation. Since they have blatantly refused to remove my email after making the request, they now are required by law to make payment to me in the sum of $50,120. Failure to make such payment, **WILL** result in legal action against this company.

    Payment is to be made within 8 calendar days via **** money order.

    NO other resolution will be accepted.

    We are saddened to see this complaint as I show a record of one (1) email solicitation being made since your parts order with us on 8/29/22. When signing up on our website you had selected email notifications for invoice's,  tracking  information & discount specials. According to our records you never asked us to remove you nor did you unsubscribe from the email that was sent to you today. That being said we have removed your email from our website system and blocked your email address from being able to order with us. If you need any parts in the future you will have to call in order for us to remove that block off your email. I have included my direct contact information below if you need anything else in the future.

    the response is a outright lie, I have received several emails regarding your company, and each time, I clicked "unsubscribe", but yet continued to receive them, this is in violation of the can-spam act, you are to send payment IMMEDIATELY via **** money order as allowed by law for your dis-regard of the unsubscribe request.
