    My truck was experiencing electrical issues and was towed to Modern Auto for repairs. The tow driver took pictures with his phone upon dropping my truck off. Several days later when the truck was repaired I picked it up from the dealership. I noticed the rear window was partially lowered and would not respond to the switch. I took the truck back to the dealership and was told the window had slipped off track. Getting it repaired was not an option since the window was all the way down by that point. The charge was roughly$600 for the window off track issue. My rear window was working fine and in the full up position when I dropped the truck off for initial repairs, confirmed by tow driver pictures. The window issue only became an issue while Modern Auto was in possession of my truck. I spoke to the service manager and was told they are not responsible for my property while it is in their care. I tried to explain if I took my watch to a jeweler for cleaning and the second hand broke, who would be responsible for repairing the second hand? I was told they don't repair watches and I was essentially dismissed. The so called customer service is abysmal.

I have already pulled the service history and have copies of the repairs that were done last week. Could you provide me with the pictures from the tow company so that I may attach them to your file? I look forward to hearing from you so that we can resolve this matter promptly.
