      On May 23rd I took my car to caliber collision. Which is what used to be outwest collision. I called may 26th to get an update on my car and ***** said he had not even gotten the estimate to the insurance done yet. The next week I called again to check on progress. ***** did not return my call for 2 days. I called again that Friday and still nothing had been done about the estimate or fixing my car. At that point I was done. They had my car 10 days and the insurance estimate wasn't even sent or any parts ordered for my.car. I was told my ***** and the regional manager for Caliber Collision that each car In their shop legally has to get 4 hours of work each day. Obviously this was not being done because 2 weeks later nothing had been fixed on my vehicle. I called the regional manager June 1st because I was.done being ignored and my vehicle just sitting there not getting fixed. The regional manager did set me up a rental car however I wasn't able to get it until that next Wednesday. I am a deliv3ry driver for my job and I rely on my car. I was out 2 weeks of pay for this. Finally once I got the regional manager involved they started working on my car. I called every few days to check for updates and was never called back. Again I had to call regional manager. My car was finally done June 16th. The insurance estimates were not even sent out to the insurance company until June 8th. That means my car sat there for 2.5 weeks nothing done to it at all. I was out of work for almost 3 weeks.

      I want a refund of my $750 that I had to pay. I missed a total of $1500 not working for 2.5 weeks.

      I have talked to her and put her in a rental to help her as a courtesy but her complaint is not with us, its with *****.  This is a large job and it takes time.  We did what we could to help her but again her complaint is with *****.

      I am rejecting this response because complaint was not made against *****. it was made against CALIBER. Phone calls weren't returned for days, rental car was only given 2 weeks after my car WASNT EVEN STARTED. You sat on my car for 3 weeks before anything was even done about it. Never returned calls. I will be filing court with an attorney if my $750 is not refunded off the price of the repairs. ***** was not cooperative. He was rude, never returned calls until days later. Your company bad my car for TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE CLAIM WAS EVEN SENT TO *****. And then, you stated every car in the shop must get 4 hours of WORK Every SINGLE DAY yet my car got nothing for 2 weeks and you hadn't even done the estimates yet. Again. My $750 will be returned or my attorney will file a lawsuit. Every email and text has been saved from your negligence.
