      I had my car towed to them because the starter went out. they replaced the starter. I asked if they had time to do the inner tire rod, and they stated that they did not have time to do the inner tire rods. The car was done and I was informed to come to get the car at 6:30pm. I called them to let them know I was on my way and they stated that they were not done with the car because they were doing the inner tire rods. I stated I thought you did not have time to do the inner tire rods. They stated that they went on a head and did them because a bolt was coming out a the power steering rack. Which I know is not true. When I had the work done I had the work inspected to make sure that it was tight. They are trying to charge me $300.00 for doing the inner tire rods. I did not consent for the work to be done. I asked for a Itemized bill and they could not supply me with a itemized bill. Also, the battery that was put in the car was too small and I informed them to put the right size battery for the car. Which I have to pay $50.00 for a battery and the battery was under warranty. My main concern is I did not authorize for this work to be done on the inner tire rods. I will pay for the other work because I authorized it, but I will not pay for the inner tire rods. I would like a billing adjustment, and a itemized bill.

      This was in reference to **** ****** on a car repair that he said he did not authorize that he actually did, he came in and apologized and said he was having a bad day.   We set him up on a payment plan.
