    I got this please review us email this weekend to review and place feedback on this company and Ive never been more eager to complete a review. The whole experience with this company was great. They were a little late picking us up but they kept us informed of the delay and they cant be held liable for traffic. They did what they could to make up for the lost time and it did not affect our delivery. Everyone was very nice and professional through the whole process. We had an increase in pricing at our pick up but it was for our large safe they didnt know about until they got to our house and having to carry it from the basement. We also had a little increase in the volume of the move but the broker we booked with didnt do a walk through when we booked so some items were not known until Nori did their walkthrough. I wouldnt have expected the items be moved for free so Im not complaining about that on Nori Logistics. Thats a problem Im handling with the brokerage. This company is very professional and thorough and has our direct business if we move again. Will go through them directly and not book through 3rd party now that we know how that works. Keep up the good work guys, your passion truly shows

    NORI LOGISTICS ARE SERIOUSLY ROCKSTARS!! I was really nervous at first because we booked our shipment through a brokerage which we didnt know at first. After it was too late to get our deposit back from the broker, we read terrible terrible reviews online about the brokerage. We had no choice but to continue with the move and hope for the best. ****** at Nori Logistics called us a couple of says before our move to confirm our date and go over some details of th process of the move. Hearing her sweet voice made me feel so much calmer and she provided me her company info and we looked it up, and I was no longer nearly as stressed. ****** gave us so much information and so sweet to us, and guess what? She actually answered her phone every time we called or text her, unlike the brokerage. Our move day came and of course the process was exactly like we read online with the brokerage where they under quoted and the actual carrier gets there and theres a huge price difference. The under quoting of the move had nothing to do with Nori Logistics, but ****** and her crew were very upfront with us. Never once did we feel like they were trying to overcharge us for their own profit. They visually showed us everything and showed how much they can fit on their trailer, and they applied a major discount to help us. Even more than that the ******* and ****** decided to do a straight delivery to us over 800miles and they didnt charge us a dime for it. Everything delivered and there were no upfront last minute fees. We had two chairs with damage but thats neither here nor there, they were old. But ****** took $ off balance to compensate us for those chairs, way more than any other company would do for us. You can totally tell this company is family owned and operated, they actually care, and they are in this trade to service others and stand for a change from the scary moving scam stories. Remarkable company and family. I only suggest to book through them DIRECTLY, cut out broker

    Our family used Nori Logistics to move our home and our vehicle from ** to AR and the move was flawless. The company was very in tune and very strong in communication. They got there when supposed to and delivered us ahead of time so we didnt have to foot out any money for hotels. Last time we moved we had about 7 different people in contact with us and when we needed them they didnt answer our calls. This time with Nori Logistics we had only 2 people to communicate with and they answered their phones always and unlike the prior moving company, they always knew the answer to everything we asked instead of having to pass me along to someone else. We definitely recommend this company. Really make you feel like part of their family

    **** moved my family on long distance move from ** to IL, and we couldnt believe how great they were with wrapping our items so that they wouldnt be damaged. The crew walked in on a disaster because the broker we booked with did my estimate wrong, but **** fixed the issue and the owner of the company directly worked with me to be able to get all of my stuff moved. Not often these days that the owner of a company gives time of day to actually talk to their consumers , but she did and she made everything smooth sailing. We got our delivery and the only damage was in a box I packed with glass, but I didnt put enough bubble wrap in it. I would absolutely recommend this sweet family focused company to everyone moving.
