    Fearing painting company was hired to do a full paint job of our new house. This included walls, ceiling, trim and doors. The company kept asking for money to "pay his staff" and asked for additional money to add more coats of paint and have more people come in to get the job done before we moved in. These extra people never showed, the job was not completed in time and is still yet to be completed. There are multiple places that aren't completed, prep work to include sanding of the doors was not done which was stated in our original quote. Due to the lack of sanding our doors are chipping. We have attempted to contact the company to schedule a time for them to return...yet he will not respond. We have also been threatened and harassed by an individual that was sub contracted out from Fearing painting company. The company failed to notify us of this man's release from the job while allowing him to have full access to our house by passcode and key.

    After reviewing the clients many complaints listed weve determined we are in disagreement with several topics that have been brought to our attention. We have visited the clients home as of 11-6-23 personally myself and the company VP to discuss the best way to move forward and to satisfy clients wishes. We will be reaching out today to schedule their final project critique. Overall explanation to the complexity of this project from the beginning is far to excessive on both parties to be specific therefore we respectfully decline to explain further. The project critique will be fulfilled to its entirety as agreed to via proposal by FPC INC.
