    We hired Gaadt Productions in May 2023 for a June 2023 wedding after the first Videographer fell thru. He came highly recommended. We paid him in full up front. He promised a lot and we felt like he came up short. After the wedding, we contacted him three months later... he continued to have excuses as to why our footage was not available. Not only did he make excuses, but he was unreachable... and then would say he was on vacation. We have tried several times to have a meeting with him. He would not meet with us. We got married in June... we got a little clip in in December and then the clips in January 2024 and it was like pulling teeth to get any of the footage. We were disappointed. We needed edits. He would not meet with us... just wanted to txt. We have been trying to meet with him since January 2024. He did not show up to the wedding. The photographers he sent were not experienced. Some of the footage was awful. Still tried to work with him to see if he could edit some of it. I saw the review someone wrote and I can definitely relate. This was our special day... and our footage is awful. We have tried to meet with him for over a year. This whole process has been awful. All of my memories down the drain. They missed important pieces... the violinist, the singers you couldn't see because the camera guy was at a terrible angle. There were supposed to be TWO videographers. It looks like he took our business and hired some random videographers to shoot our event. Of course, I have everything in writing, because he wouldn't call or meet with us. Everything was txt., which was very deceptive considering when everything was being setup, we talked on the phone frequently. Can provide details, if needed... contract, emails, txt msgs.
