    They came in and put in a timer at my front door and a new plug in socket in my bathroom. The timer doesn&#**;t work properly. They came and looked at it and said to read the paper and do what it says. My husband set the timer and after that it stopped working. The *** that came out said we had it on manual and he said that was the problem. He started messing with it and I asked if he wanted the instructions and he said he didn&#**;t need them. He said it was done after he was here for a while. So I proceeded to do it myself. It still didn&#**;t work. When it was 7:30, my lights didn&#**;t come on. So I called him and told him about it and he was not very cooperative with me. He said he is not coming back out there. He was very rude with me. The owner is not professional at all.

    Good Afternoon ********************,

    I have looked over your ticket to get all of the details. We as the electrical company are in charge of the "electrical" install of the device but unfortunately anything with programming the actual devices is not our jurisdiction. We try to help our customers in programming timers, doorbells, landscaping lighting, etc. But the program it self is a completely different company then ours we do not make the devices. If the device it self was not getting the proper voltage from the electric we would be more then happy to replace the device. Both visits we have made the device is on and has proper voltage so from there we know its something in the programming/app. Our best suggestion would be to reach out the company that made the device and ask for guidance in setting up the schedule for the timer. I hope this helps you with the timer. Thank you

    February 20th ******** **** ****** had R & M Electric put a ceiling fan in one of our rooms and a chandelier in our dining room. R & M Electric cracked a hole in the ceiling when installing the ceiling fan and did not put the globes on our chandelier. I, (****** ********) reached out the next day to ******** **** ****** and R & M Electric to let them know of the issue. ******** **** ****** said they would send someone to repair the issue but no one has come out. After I talked to ******** **** ****** I reached out to R & M Electric and they told me they are not responsible for holes they put in the wall. It's been over a month and we have not had any repair work done.

    I do apologize that the home warranty has not assigned a drywall repair tech to address the issue. However as a 3rd party service provider R&M Electric is not able to assign a company to make the repairs. This is something that must be done by your home warranty. While I do understand it can be frustrating to experience needed drywall repairs. It is often an outcome when replacing items. We make it our goal to make sure all of our customers are aware of this prior to providing services. We are showing that on 1/12/23 you were emailed the below information.

    " Please keep in mind if any drywall and/or brick and/or shingles need to be removed or changed to accommodate the new electrical installation R&M Electric is not responsible for any drywall repair or painting/brick or shingle repair."

    We do recommend contacting your home warranty company again in order to have a drywall company assigned. I do hope this information has been helpful. Please feel free to reach out with any additional questions we are happy to assist in anyway we can. Enjoy your day!
