      ************** hung up on me and told the patient, my wife, that we both have anger issues. The first day my wife was there no one paid attention to her, said anything to her, and she didn't have a shower. To get hygiene you had to go to the nurses station, so you had to get the stuff to take care of yourself. One day when she went to the nurses station, they were behind the glass looking at their computer and she had to bang on the glass to get their attention. They need to take the patient into consideration and not just the paycheck. It's a concern that if they are treating my wife like this, I can only image how they treat other people. Whenever I called the head nurse, she called me back the first day but never called me back after this. I was just checking on my wife's wellbeing.
