    I went to Custom Tints approximately 3-1/2 years ago and talked to the salesperson. I wanted to put a clear bra on my F-150 on the front bumper. They told me that the bumper consists of three parts on my pickup. Look at the enclosed picture and it shows the different parts that was included. I went ahead and had them put the clear bra on my pickup. I was in a wreck approximately 1-1/2 years ago and needed a new front bumper and it was cover by their insurance company. I went to Custom Tints to have them put the clear bra on the new bumper. The sales person did not go through everything that was included in the purchase. They installed the bra and I paid for their service. I looked at the bumper and thought they placed the clear bra on bumper #1 and #2. On May 17th, 2023 I took my pickup to the body shop to see why there was some paint flaking off my bumper #2. I asked the owner why the paint would flake like that if there was a clear bra installed. He told me that there wasnt any kind of wrap in the #2 bumper. He told me that he did remember that he removed the old bra off that area when he was repairing the bumper. Since the insurance was paying for the repair of my pickup and Custom Tints did not include the #2 bumper, I am seeking to get ****** from Custom Tints so I could have a clear bra on my bumper that they did not include on my purchase.

    Custom Tinting in ********** shows on their website that they have an A+ rating from the BBB but the BBBs website shows that Customs Tint is no an accredited BBB member.  This is false advertising.

Custom Tints is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
