    Was over charged the bid said 183 feet of fencing when installed it only came up to 170 feet. We paid them and when done ask why we were charged for footage we didn't use he claims they charge by 8 foot section and could not refund the extra charge for fencing we did not get. Said he would meet up with us and never did.Two fence post on patio are coming loose and the gate on the other side of the house is sagging and hard to open and close wanted them to come out to fix and they will not call us back.The fence was installed November 12, 2024. Not great customer service.

    I did meet with the customer to address his gate issue in November and said I would redo it. 
    then he said I over charged him, I explained that I didnt

    he then started to threaten me and my business. 
    as to him reaching out in March of this year regarding post mounted on concrete pad being loose. That would likely fall under storm damage since thats when we had some storms with high winds.there was never any mention of them being loose before. 
    I do stand by my warranty, but I dont deal with people who threaten myself or my business.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:
    There was no existing fence on the side in question where the bushes were cut, in the front there is no post that separates the two fences, and my contract states a different amount than was paid.  The pictures clearly show everything that I'm stating.

    i have reviewed that job and the new fence was installed in the same location as the old fence that we removed from the property. 
    That is what the customer wanted. We would be happy to move the fence, but there will be an additional cost.

    There was a fence there. We dug up old concrete pods from old fence so we could put the new post in.

    Yes, there was a fence there over 30 years ago; however,  your salesman was showed where the property line is.  Based on that I was told that the installers would need a foot of clearance between the fence line and the bushes.  Not that the fence would be placed on the same line as the bushes and some of them would be totally cut down.  The location of the property line should have been shown to the installers and not left for interpretation. Don't forget about the other problem of there being no post to separate my fence from my neighbors.  That also needs to be corrected.
