    I am a patient/client with Compass Health Network in Arnold MO. This facility should be looked into legally with its invasive practices and unethical staff. Trying to place misdiagnoses on my profile. Also, their case management [CSS - "Community Support Specialist"] staff being very invasive claiming they have to go into doctors appointments even with appointments outside Compass Health. They claim they must physically go into appointments, otherwise they will not provide transportation to the appointments. This is unethical, a HIPPA violation, and immoral. These case workers are NOT licensed physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, none of the above. They assist people with no transportation and moral support on the way there and back. At no point is it ethical for them to demand to be physically present in doctors appointments of any nature. Their staff uses bullying and manipulation to force their invasive tactics on clients. And if you refuse, then they start stating they can't/will not assist. They also wanted me to agree to "home health" and other medical check-ups that are unnecessary only to bill Medicaid. When my general doctor does all the testing and procedures they were wanting to do. This is healthcare corruption. It is being forced on clients and if clients refuse the unethical or unnecessary conditions, they are refused assistance. This is not healthcare, this is fraud.

    Management is not so great, and the company reads all your emails to find ways to fire you.
