      Extremely good people to work with. I had a complete heating and cooling system installed along with a water heater in 2023. I have been very happy with the American Standard system.A Hoocks service tech comes every six months for regular maintenance service and they are just so pleasant.

      We have been using Hoocks heating and cooling for about a year now and have been keeping my old unit in service until it was no longer useable. With just one phone call away they were out the next day, **** was very knowledgeable and explained the best units to replace my existing system, he hit it out of the park in both cost and efficiency. They completed the installation of both units in one day. I received a message that the techs were on the way, and they arrived promptly. Great communication from start to finish. The two installers were very polite, professional, took care not to damage anything when moving the equipment out and in, placed cover over my flooring where they were working, and cleaned up after they were done. came back after install and explained how to operate the new thermostat and answer any further questions we had. Couldnt be more happy with the service we received. Im thankful we chose Hoocks, we highly recommend them!

      We have used Hoocks over the last two years for a new HVAC system and tankless water heater. We have had no issues with our systems and they saved ** money on our utilities
