      We purchased their T-12 Party Bus, which is supposed to carry ***** passengers. First off, luckily we only had 16 people in our group because the bus would probably only carry ***** unless you wanted to stand up, which I DO NOT recommend. Secondly, the bus was filthy. Upon walking in the bus you can see grass all over the floor, bottle caps in the cup holders and the house was VERY dirty. We reached in to pull out drinks and would have specs of dirt on our hands. Lastly, the bus broke down on our way home. It stalled a couple times and the driver was able to get it running, but it finally died completely about 1/2 mile from our drop-off point. We had to walk to our cars at night in downtown **************. No transportation was offered and no refund was offered. We had to call the next day and argue to get $77 refunded. DO NOT hire this company if you want a worry-free experience.

      Hello and thanks for taking the time to give us a review good or bad we love to hear from our customers. We are sorry you were not happy with our service and we are sorry for the mechanical failure of our unit, we are grateful your group was 5 minutes from your final drop off location. Unfortunately in our industry we have to deal with mechanical breakdowns occasionally, some things are just not predicable like in this case it turned out to be a fuel injector that went down, while they were in their we had them replace the entire side for preventive maintenance. I did talk with our customer that rented our unit on Monday about 1:30pm and told her that we had already refunded her card on Sunday morning for the time her group had lost. Nothing was said to us about our unit being filthy; she just talked about the breakdown during our conversation. I will talk to the driver about this as she was supposed to clean it after her first job, she has been with our company for about 1 year and has done many doubles, she has not had any complaints lodged against her until now, but will be noted in her file. Again we are sorry you were not happy with our service.

      I am rejecting this response because you failed to take us to the additional destination we agreed to upon making the reservation. We were 5 minutes away BY CAR, but we didn't have cars did we? Not to mention the time list for the temporary stalls prior to the bus finally dying on the side of the road. We were left stranded. We had to walk to our cars and transport the girls car by car to our final destination. We lost a lot of time on our evening, not to mention the embarrassment to our guests, and unplanned effort on our part to make up for the logistical failure. The $77 refund doesn't make up for all the headache and disruption to what should have been a simple service.

      Hello and thanks for getting back to **, again we are sorry for the mechanical failure of our unit during your rental, yes we agree we failed to take your group to the additional final drop off destination which was 5 minutes away, this is why we refunded your credit card for 30 minutes.
