    I have nothing but positive things to say about Gammill. They are a family owned business that has been in transition with the typical struggles of companies in the midst of change in a challenging environment. I just upgraded my machine and I couldnt be happier with the service and outcome! I know that if I have an issue I can usually get answers within a day or two. I am a business so my machine is my livelihood. I have had nothing but positive experiences.

    They have great machines but if you need machine service or a machine fixed their repair service and customer service are the worst i have ever seen. You can NEVER talk to anyone; you must schedule a time for them to call you back and it will not be for days. Then hopefully they will call> It is very hard to run a business when you cannot get your equipment fixed when it is broken!
