    I ordered a gun from them on GunBroker.com. In the title listing it said the gun was brand new. Later on they told me it wasn't so I asked for a refund. They said they would refund me and it may take 5 days. I never got my refund and they try to say the refund was declined because I didn't use and actual bank card which I did. I called up there and got put on hold and was never talked to. I just want my money back

    Bought a mower from them, they said it was tested and worked. Right after paying for it, they told me that it was broken. They "Issued" a refund but their computer did not process it. They sold me a broken item, That they knew was broken. They refused to give me a reciept for the refund. Still have not recieved a refund.

    The item had two batteries, one of which was on the charger when the customer made the purchase. After he had paid, we discovered that the battery had not taken a charge. Customer had paid with a credit card and we done a refund and the credit card terminal said the refund was successful. Refunds on cards can take up to 10 business days which was explained to the customer. This is due to the banking system. We could not find where the refund had went through and on 8-1-23, customer was given a full cash refund.
