    I have brought my two doodles here for six months to a year. They are here 3 to 5 days a week all day. I absolutely love all the girls, and so do the doodles, ******* and ****!This morning we got turned down for not having reservations when we have passed over many holidays and not had this issue. I am well aware signs are posted everywhere at the facility but thats not what Im looking for when I come to drop my dogs off. Like I said, we have had extremely good experiences and the dogs absolutely love going here. But for the amount of money paid and the loyalty to puppingham I am extremely sad that my dogs will not be attending today. Its just purely lack of communication. Especially when the girls see them on a day-to-day basis. Im sure we were told at the very beginning when we joined a year ago, but this is the first time we were told we are not allowed because of reservations. Again, its a great place, but very poor communication when it comes to reservations, especially when I work 10 to 12 hour days and these guys have nowhere to go today.
