    I hired this company to fix a shower grout issue. I talked to ***** the owner 2 weeks prior to the appointment October 20 and told him there was grout pieces coming out and it was not caulk. I asked if he could do the repair. He said when my guy gets there he will see what is going on. ***** came out and caulked the shower. He did admit it was grout that was coming out. I called ***** the next day and complained about the job and how two corners look really bad. ***** got upset about the call. He did call me back on October 24 and he said he could not come by to look at it today but would call me the next day. On October 25 he never called me. He still has not called me to this day. I got a text from ***** on October 25 and said he could stop by in the afternoon. I asked for ***** and he said ***** can't make it. ***** comes to my home and I showed him the 2 corners and he did agree the corners did not look good. He was only here 5 minutes and he re-caulked it and that was the end of it. I asked to have ***** call me and ***** said he would tell *****. I am upset that they never told me they did not typically do that work, if they would've told me that I wouldn't have paid them for the service. It still does not look right. All ***** cared about was cashing my $250 check immediately and even in the invoice it says something about the floor which they did not touch. I have a heart condition and this situation has made me so upset and I had an Afib attack.

    Amant’s Floor
    Care was hired to clean the shower walls, seal the walls and caulk the shower floor
    perimeter.  
    I was very
    specific when I told her we do not re-grout. However, Amant’s could re-caulk
    over the grout in the corners. Caulking would be better than re-grouting as the
    caulk won’t crack up in the future. The work order specifically states this.

    After many long,
    long, long phone conversations and many long, long, long evening texts over
    weeks, we arrived on the job, Thursday, October 24, 2022.

    She called (like
    I knew she would) Friday, October 25, 2022. I was out of town that Friday until
    Sunday the 27th. I called her on Monday and told her I couldn't get
    by today but, could get one of my crew to go back Tuesday, October 29th at end of the day. He arrived and touched up the caulk. That is the last I
    heard from her.

    does this type of work regularly. She just doesn’t understand. My gut told me
    not to do this job from the beginning. If we messed up, I would be more than
    happy to refund her money. We did not. Wish there was a site where I could let
    companies know about certain customers.

    I am rejecting this response because:



    The word I circled is ‘impregnate’ I told you about it over the phone, but absolutely nothing was done!! (shower floor) or clean, nothing at all, in fact that is what ***** said:‘Oh, he just made a mistake, I will not clean the shower floor, we do clean carpet and linoleum only’ and yet ***** Amant included this in his estimate and charged $250 !

    I have the same type of problem with them as their previous customer ****** (her review also on their Website) ***** Amant decided to do something, that they normally don't do, which is caulking, job was very poor and unacceptable !!! He also included in my work order and invoice 'impregnate' shower floor, which was never done or cleaned, in fact here is what ***** (the person, that did the caulking) told me, when I asked about it: 'Oh, he just made a mistake, I will not clean the shower floor' and yet ***** Amant included that in his estimate and charged me $250. He was NOT honest about this situation in his response to BBB, which I knew he wouldn't be, no surprise there, as he never was with me as well, I would NOT recommend his service, not at all !! ***** Amant responded in a very unprofessional way, for sure !!! P.S. I have waited for 3 weeks for him to call me back and stop by here to look at it, he told me he would, but after that, I never heard back from him and filed complaint with BBB.
