5 starsOur home didn't have proper foundational support despite being only three years old. We noticed wall cracks and doors that wouldn't close due to settling. We called Guardian Foundation Repair and ******* came to our home to do an analysis and gave us multiple options at reasonable pricing. Within a couple of ***** **** and *** came to our to remediate the crawl space issues. They were very respectful and worked hard all day long. 5 starsWow! Seriously amazing people. The work done speaks for itself. Our basement went from horrendous flooding to bone dry. They did the job in less than two weeks with perfect precision. Every contractor and supervisor we worked with was thorough and kind. My only complaint is that they really spoiled us and set such a high standard for what we expect from home improvement companies, ha! We knew they were great but we didnt realize just how great they were until we had to hire other contractors to do some jobs out of Guardians practice. I dont think well ever find a contractor as reliable and easy to work with as Guardian was. I wish I could hire them for all our miscellaneous household jobs! They took every possible consideration you could think of when servicing our home. From asking us when the best time for loud drilling would be to disconnecting and re-connecting our washer and dryer for us DAILY so I can still do laundry in the evening amidst the construction. They also set up plastic daily to catch all the dust from the work so it wouldnt creep into the house and took it down in the evening so I could still access my laundry area. This was all suggested by them and nothing that I had to even worry about or ask for on my own. They were truly a blessing and reasonably priced as well as great communicators. The team at Guardian foundation repair, did a great job, supporting my retaining wall with a wall anchor system. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend.

***** was a pleasure to work with. Finding someone to repair my foundation was not as easy as I thought it would be. He didnt just tell me what was in need or repair, he showed me. He took pictures and showed me with various other tools. I recommended him to my mom.Guardian Foundation Repair
