  I had to cancel my service with them due to some unexpected medical but bills. On the 26th of the month the picked up my trash cart for last delivery. My bill was on auto pay, never once was I notified about price increase but they took whatever amount out each month. Long story short, they owe me for 2 months worth of service or a refund. I was not told at the time I called to cancel that I would not be getting a refund or I would have not cancelled till the the 3 Months were over !! I have called and left several messages on their answering machine both during business hours and after hours with no response from them at all. I told them I have paid for services that I did not receive I am either owed a refund or 2 months worth of service! FRAUD IS WHAT THIS COMPANY STANDS FOR !! I'm not the only person they have done this too

  Gave them payment and started started service 3 weeks ago. Our trash has not been picked up once. They don't answer their phone and can't find their address. Unable to contact them about their lack of service. Would like to terminate our relationship and request a refund. Can't do that either.

  Unreliable trash company, no one answers the phone and are completely unprofessional. This is the worst company I have ever had to talk to. I would avoid at all costs.

  Horrible business that doesn't communicate at all, answer the phone. We have had this trash company for over a year and so far they have skipped our trash about 10 times and it had nothing to do with the weather or holidays and most of the times it's two weeks in a row. Literally the worst. This company should be sued.

  Holiday week brings extra trash, yet Patriot disposal has again missed pickup this week for myself, and two neighbors. All three of the trash bins have been out for three days, and are starting to attract animals and bugs. I dont think its right for a company to charge for a weekly service, that is not provided weekly.

  They are unreliable and unprofessional. No one ever answers the phone or returns your messages, that is when their mailbox isnt full and you can actually leave a message. The men that pick up my trash frequently spill trash on the road and leave it. They missed our pickup date, so the next week we had a full can plus two bags. Per their policy, it should have been picked up. They finally emptied the can, but left the two bags on the curb. Worst company ever!

  Ugh patriot disposal *****. They don't answer the phone, don't pick up when they are supposed, but still collect my money. I went out today to put trash in the dumpster and it's GONE. I have several bags of trash to go. No advance notice and my bill payed. They are *********

  They do not pick up your trash for weeks at a time! I have called 13 times today alone, it always goes to voicemail! Their voicemail is full, not will they answer a call or return a call. This account has been paid up for 3 months. It will cause ** to get into trouble with our landlord and or City.

  We missed one week due to the bad weather. I talked to her about it. They were emptied one day late on Christmas week. Our voicemail was full at one time. She called numerous times and left pretty rude comments. If her cart was out she was emptied.

  We have lived at this house for 2 years now. The trash is paid by landlord. We never had a problem before now. It's been over a month since our trash was picked up. We've called multiple to times and got only a voice mail which none of our calls have been returned and trash is still on the curb. My landlord has paid the bill but we are not getting any service! It's summer and over 90 degrees and the trash is out there stinking and getting thrown around by neighborhood animals. Do not waste your time or money on a company that doesn't do they're job or even have the courtesy to answer the phone or return a call
