**** Was hired to retile my bathroom. The tile is crooked, the water pressure in my shower and bathtub where he messed with the plumbing. Is Now very low. He did not seal the grout in my shower like I had asked him several times. There is one complete area on the bathroom floor missing grout. He did not put a dropcloth down like I asked him to and chipped my fiberglass tub in three places. When I asked him to repair that he painted the entire tub instead of just patching it with some sort of paint which caused bubbling and now my entire tub is ruined. He left his tools in my bedroom during the job and put a Skil saw blade down on my wood, laminate floor as well as his tile cutting tool which got water on my laminate floor and caused buckling. He ruined the trim in my bathroom by reattach it with screws , and then attempted to camouflage it but it’s just a big eyesore. My threshold is in the wrong place and now too short to go all the way across he spent more time trying to fix his mistakes than he did working on my bathroom. For instance he did not cut a hole where the shower spout comes out because he forgot. He also caulked my toilet and baseboards (why?) and did a terrible job at that. His etiquette in my home was also terrible. I walked into my bedroom which my bathroom is en suite, and found him and his helper, taking measurements of material on my bed. I told him not to put anything on my bed and came back an hour later, and something else was on my bed. I heard him on three separate occasions going into my refrigerator without asking and he also used my microwave without asking. They did not use dropcloth and they tracked debris all throughout my house and chipped and scratched my laminate floor. I refused to pay him the remaining balance, because it is due upon completion and this is not a complete job. I am getting an estimate of how much it will cost me to fix his mistakes which will probably be more than what he feels is due

****** ********* (******) from California, did not pay what we agreed on. The thief is lying through her teeth trying to justify stealing the job. Has multiple convictions in multiple states including robbery, theft, fraud and conspiracy to commit murder these are only the times she got caught think about that. Two other charges that don’t show what they are (how did she get them hidden/why are they hidden).
Just to address a few of the lies: she brought my tile saw in from the rain and set it on her bedroom floor and it (hello it was raining) leaked water on her floor.  Her house is rural home with a weak well pump. Even what she says contradicts itself: she said I didn’t put in a shower head in but then says the water pressure is bad. Criminals these days sigh.
It honestly seemed like a trap from almost the start. When I went to do the bid she hated just about everything about her home. I’m kicking myself for not doing a background check before. This has really hurt my family financially.
These people move here bring nothing to the table but are responsible for nothing and entitled to everything. There is so much weight on the shoulders of the few American workers that are left because of people like this.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: **** ****** has said nothing in his response to defend the quality of his work. If you zoom in on the photo he sent of the finished shower, you can still see glaring mistakes and and all around sloppy job. There is an open complaint with the contractor's licensing board ID#***** where you can view photos they took when they came to my house.

Additionally, I have had a plumber come out to address the low water pressure in my shower/tub where **** changed the pipes. He stated that he did not blow out the lines correctly, causing sediment to destroy the cartridges which he estimated to be about $400 to repair. This issue is strictly isolated to where **** changed out my plumbing at his insistence (and kept the copper), and has nothing to do with a "weak well pump", which he would know nothing about anyway. Attached is a photo of where he tiled the wall where the shower spout was supposed to come out of. I had to bring this to his attention myself, and he fixed that the next day. This is just one of many instances where his lack of attention caused glaring mistakes.

If you zoom in on the picture of my tub, which he PAINTED with a roller brush, in an attempt to fix some chips HE caused, you will see bubbling on the edge, and drips around the jets. It is an eyesore.

He was commissioned to retile my bathroom, NOT damage and then further destroy my tub, NOT to ruin my trim, and NOT to damage my plumbing. The work he did do was sloppy and now my bathroom is an embarrassing eyesore. The whole thing is going to cost me around $9000 to repair, and much of that expense has to do with the damages he did.

Since then he has attempted to assassinate my character via social media with his libel and slander, and has harassed me, my husband, and my brother with multiple  texts and audio recordings containing outlandish accusations and veiled threats which can be provided if given the opportunity. I had told him numerous times to quit harassing me and my family. His lack of professionalism and etiquette matches his skill level as a tradesman which is remedial at best.

      Sincerely,

      ****** *********
