    We had been in contact with *** since May. We wanted our basement finished. We wanted the work done in August and he stated that if things changed to let him know. We saved the money by July and he was going to come by July 11, that is what the contract states. I gave him a deposit of $4000.00 when the contract was signed. At this point he has stopped responding to calls, and text messages. He never started the Job he kept giving us excuses. I would like to be refunded my deposit of $4000.00 and I would like to know if he purchased material out of the deposit and how much the materials cost.
