      Called them @ 8:15 on Monday morning. Said they’d send someone out but they’d call be fore they came. Waited for them all day, no call as of 4 PM. Called back just after 4 to see if they were still coming. Said their two service men were out on calls but they’d check and call me back. Call never came. Called back this AM, and she told me, sir, I can’t tell you what time they’ll be able to come. Told I understand, but I was just asking what day? She told me again, sir I can’t tell you. I said, so you’re telling me I probably should call someone else. She said, yes, that would be recommended. Gee… if she have told me that yesterday at 8:15, I could likely have had the repair completed by now. Just a little respect and courtesy as all that I expect.
