On April 22, 2024, Griffin Tree and Landscape was doing contracted work on a property across the street from my home cutting down trees. Because the driver couldn't back the truck up in a straight line, he had problems maneuvering the vehicle, I came outside and he has pulled my mailbox out of the ground without asking or informing of his plans to do so and laid the mailbox in my yard. I thought they would put it back up and I kept going out all day waiting for them to finish but missed them when they pulled off. I went to see if they had replaced the mailbox and they put it in a different location with only the tip of the wood in the ground leaning over about to fall in the street. I contacted them about coming to secure it back into the ground and they will not respond. The door to the box won't stay closed and my mail is constantly scattered on the street and lawn. They also tore up my grass along my property line and dug up the dirt and recovered the tire tracks indentions near my driveway. My home is on the market for sale and they have just destroyed the edge of my property. I had a neighbor come with his tractor to try to cover it more and smooth it out. All I was asking them is to come and resecure the box. All I get is a recording. I have dated pictures and videos of them in front of my house. I spoke with the property owner who was having the work done and she also tried reaching out to them about my lawn and mailbox. I am a widow in my 60s and now I have to pay someone to come and put it back up. This may also be affecting the sale of my home as well
