      This is the worst insurance company! ******* shouldn’t even be an agent. Once she gets you signed up on insurance and gets your money, she never talks to you again. She won’t take your calls or return them or answer emails. She messed our Progressive policy up and then wouldn’t help us straighten it out. We had to get another Progressive agent from a different insurance agency to help us find out why our payments were $3000 a month. And the other people that work there wouldn’t help either.

      We are sorry you feel this way, but your posted information is not true. After reviewing your file, it was noted you were responded to on multiple occasions by both ******* and your call in's to your carrier direct. You were quoted multiples ways which are recorded in the system. Your requests for coverages were complied with as requested and they were accepted by you. You were also sent confirmations of your requested changes. Our office does not go along with un-ethical practices as suggested by you.
