  Contractor built a patio cover attached to my house. The workers did not attach the patio cover properly which caused my garage to leak when it rains. There are areas in the installed patio that leaks, also. The contractor has promised several times to fix these problems but still hasn’t fixed them. I have had numerous contacts(phone, messenger, texts) with him and have sent him pictures of these issues. I am very displeased and very disappointed. I do not recommend this contractor.

  Be very wary of using this company. I was recommended this company by a metal supplier. (No issue with supplier company). We met up and discussed a pole barn build I wanted. The project was to include dirt work. Concrete floors and retaining walls. We agreed on a price and scope of services to be provided. Almost immediately they began failing to maintain agreed upon contract terms. Originally they were to submit permits along with the blue prints to the city. They ask me to submit the permit applications. To move the project along I agreed provided they supply the drawings. The took a picture of a hand draw barn that a 5year old could have done better. I drew up the plans and verify with this company. After their approval I submitted the application for the permits. They were approved. This contractor ask if it was ok to start on Monday, I agreed. Monday came, No show, Tuesday no show. Called and texted with a response to “call you tomorrow”. That never happened. Two weeks passed and I called w/voicemails and texted with no answer or reply. I called from another number and he answered on the first ring. I asked about the lack of communication and not showing when stated. No good reason was given. I asked when they start. The said two Mondays from now. Frustrated I agreed. Two Mondays passed and still no show. Called texted and no response. I called via a different number and answered on the first ring again. No reason for not showing. I explained the break of contract. I said I was going to start accepting different bids for the work. At this point he still wanted to do the building but non of the prep work or concrete that he said he could do. Ultimately stating he is incapable of doing the work he quoted. I reached out to the supplier who referred him and this was the response. “he has caused a big head ache for me too”he has done the same to me with money he owes” “I’m truly sorry and will not recommend him again”
