      There is no better company to help you with your roofing and construction needs than Pal Construction. They went above and beyond with helping us replace our roof. One thing I noticed is they added a gel type moisture barrier over the felt paper and sheet metal in the valleys where I’ve seen other companies do not.
      They are thorough, quick and very professional from start to finish. It was a pleasure working with them and I will definitely be using them again for any construction projects that come up.

      Biggest regret of my life is using PAL Construction to make home improvements on my home. Just about everthing I was told concerning repairs in original walk through turned out to be a lie. Repairs which were made were substandard & nothing more than a quick cheap fix & this was over three years ago & I am still upset. Feel like I was taken to the cleaners for 15K. My advice if you are considering making improvements to your home & are considering using Pal Construction...keep looking.

      We are sorry you feel this way about the repairs we performed to your specifications. We would have been more than happy to address these issues at the time, however, you chose to berate and insult us, rather than let us make an attempt to fix the issues.
      You were not charged $15,000 dollars by PAL Construction. You were charged $13,537.80, after tax. These repairs were not completed "Over three years ago." You paid us on October 11, 2021, which is only 2.5 years in totality.
      The decisions on how the repairs were made were made exclusively by you, the homeowner. You chose the cheapest options for repairs at multiple junctions, due to the fact that you were going to place the house on the market after we completed the job.
      You also did not pay us anything until we had completed the work. At that point, you paid us willingly.
