This business is a scam. This woman portrays herself as a “reputable dog trainer” but doesn’t follow through with what her services are supposed to provide. My boyfriend & I signed our dog up for the fear/reactivity/aggression class in hopes that our dog would not be so protective when we have visitors in our home. I paid $575 in full up front to receive this class from ******* *********** thinking it could help my anxious dog. Boy, was I wrong. There were several red flags from the beginning that I should have caught onto. For one, the very first class was a zoom session, which wasn’t clear on the description. My boyfriend and I drove our dog 30 minutes out of the way to her business thinking we were going to get a class. But, to our surprise, when I texted ******* about it, she informed me that it was a zoom meeting, which would’ve been fine with us except we drove 30 minutes to her business expecting her to have a 1-on-1 class with us & our dog. Next, during that SAME zoom meeting, ******* proceeded to compare her dogs to mine. We have a short haired miniature dachshund who I wanted to get trained since she is very dominant & anxious. We trusted ******* to help us. Instead, during the call, she proceeded to hold her long haired dachshund up to the camera & state, “that is why I only have long haired dachshunds and not short haired” while we were explaining our issues to her. This was very offensive to us and uncalled for from a “professional.” Since then, I have felt as though I have had to fight just to get ******* to respond to any messages. There was a span of about 2 or 3 days I was emailing, texting, & messaging her on the Practice App that she told me to download & was getting no responses. When she finally responded, she stated she was “completely booked” the day before, which is not an excuse as to why she did not respond the previous days before that. This isn’t even everything. This business owner is very unprofessional & doesn’t care about her clients.

Our experience was very good. We learned a great deal. We were not able to spend as much time doing all the practice homework as we should have but certainly got our money’s worth and saw a lot of improvement.
