They are charging a surcharge on debt cards which is illegal under the Consumer Protection Act.I tried to talk to them about this issue and they refused to help in the matter.

I have been wanting a specific car and color for three years and finally decided to trade my car in for it. I was at this dealership for nearly 5 hours, signed all the paperwork, and was literally putting my things in my new car when I realized that the brand new car I was about to drive off in had ***** miles not the 15 miles my paperwork had on it! When my husband and I told them this because we thought surely this must be the wrong car they finally disclosed to us this car was a courtesy car they let other people drive while their car was in the shop but it was not a used car and will not go down on the price. They sold me a car that has been driven for 80 hours, if driven consistently 40 mph or 55 hours if driven consistently 60 mph. This car has been driven by other random people and sold at the FULL price of a brand new car under the guise that it has only been driven 15 miles! The website had a picture of the speedometer that said 7 miles!!! They then proceeded to lie and gaslight us saying it is a new car and even if the website said a specific mileage it will still be different because they move it around the lot and a used car is ****** and above. Like we are supposed to believe the car got moved around the lot THAT MUCH and not only that but the car I was trading in as a USED car had ****** miles on it.They were adamant this was a brand new car and would not come down on the price but thankfully they did reverse our paper work and I didnt have to take that USED BASICALLY A RENTAL CAR home with me. It is unbelievably disappointing and no one even apologized or tried to make it right!!

Back in July of this year I went to get my first oil change from Rogers Dabbs in Brandon, Ms to which I purchased my vehicle in January of this year. I was charged $83.00 for the service. Fast forward to a few weeks ago September 2023) in which my low oil light comes on! I was alarmed and confused, how does a new 2022 model car which just had an oil change have low oil? Then I noticed a huge oil spot in my drive way and at work in my parking spot. I go buy oil and put it in, next day oil back low. I immediately leave work the following day and take my car to the Toyota dealership because I have a Camry. The repairman there immediately asked who did my oil change, after telling him he says ma'am the gasket cap was loose and not put back on properly and that filter has never been changed. Remind you that Roger Dabbs charged me for a new filter which they say they replaced. The next day I go to Roger Dabbs and spoke with supervisor of the service dept **** *., explained the situation and I also asked for his boss. He told me she was on vacation and that he will get with her about refunding my money (the amount for both services). Ok fine, I waited a few more days and called the service dept, spoke with **** again and he said I am gone get with my boss after her meetings to discuss the check because I told him I still have not received it. I did not hear back from him. This morning I called customer relations and explained to Miss **** about what happened, she said she would look into it and call me back which she did. She said they have a check for $56 for the service which was what I paid for at Toyota and she said they are only paying for that and not refunding me for the oil change which they did not do correctly for the simple fact that they did change my oil. **** admitted they did not put the gasket cap back on correctly and assured me my money back for the services Rogers Dabbs rendered. I am upset and disappointed in this matter.

I have a 2023 Chevrolet Stingray that the transmission failed at 550 miles; I was told the vehicle would be protected from the elements by being parked inside; but it was not. I went 2 days later to retrieve some items from the glove box and the car was outside and was absolutely nasty. I asked about a loaner car and was told that there were none because of covid, 4 days later received a loaner. After the repairs were completed Iwent to pick up the car and it was extremely dirty inside and out; service manager said there was nothing they were going to do about it; I called Chevrolet directly and they could not make anything happen. Management came to talk to me, said there was nothing else they were going to do and told me to take my service work to another dealer. The only reason I gave them a one star is because you don't allow no star.

I was pre-approved for a loan for vehicle that I saw on their website, I wanted to purchase a vehicle online and have it shipped. I was told by ***** that I couldn't make the purchase online because the dealership was frauded out of over a quarter of a million dollars from people in my area. I then asked if they could hold the vehicle until everything clears, I was still denied. He told me that the only way I could make the purchase was if I came to the dealership in person the he stopped taking my calls. I then started talking with ****** ***** who also told me that the only way that I could make the purchase was to come the dealership( I live in DC and the dealership is in Mississippi) I told him that I really wanted this car and that I would would make arrangements to come. ****** then told me that if I came I should be prepared to stay 1-2 days until the car is fully funded, I told him that since you guys think that i'm trying to scam you use the banks that you deal with , then he told me that I should be prepared to stay 1-2 weeks until the car is fully funded ,I thought waiting 1-2 days was crazy, but 1-2 weeks is unheard of and it's not worth it

I called the company to let them know that my car was overheating and told them where I was located and asked if they would be able to fix my vehicle if I were to get to them in the next 23 minutes. I even told them the exact problem I was having. They put me on hold and came back and said they had the part in stock and that they closed at 6:00. I made it there at 4:38. The woman informed me that they can send it to diagnostics but they can fix my vehicle because the mechanics were leaving in the next 20 minutes. I informed her that I had called ahead of time and asked and she said there was nothing that she could do about it and to let her know what I wanted to do as she walked off. I am stranded 84 miles from home. I will never trust this place again. And the only reason that I gave one star is because they would not let me leave with zero.
