    On March 13, 2025, I purchased four (4) new tires from Korbetts *********** for my sons 2015 Chevrolet Impala. The total cost was over $850.00, financed through ********** for a 24-month term. With finance charges, the total cost will amount to approximately $1,100.00 plus. The tires purchased are Nexen NFera blackwall 245/40ZR20-XL ********* son is an active-duty member of the *********, stationed at ********* near *******, *****. After the tires were installed, he drove from ***********, Mississipp back to his base. On March 21, 2025, as he neared *********, he noticed the front, drivers side tire was losing air rapidly. He was forced to replace the tire at ********* at a cost of $252.92.Approximately one week later, the rear, left (passenger side) tire is flat, and the right (right passenger side) rear tire is nearly flat. Therefore, two more tires have the same issue as the first tire. We have incurred an additional $634.20 to replace the two rear tires. Farther inspection shows that the front passenger tire is also losing air and is also dry rotted. This has resulted in another tire having to be purchased at an estimated $250 plus. Please note that the vehicle has remained parked at the military base. These issues have resulted in out-of-pocket expenses exceeding $1,350.00 in less than a month,despite the fact that the tires were supposedly brand new.I attempted to contact Mr. ******* several times, leaving detailed voicemail messages. He did not return my calls. When I eventually reached him, he stated that he does not return voicemail messages. I explained the situation and expressed concern that the tires appeared to be dry-rotted. I also sent him photographs of the tires and asked for a reasonable resolution, considering the significant cost already incurred.
