      I will never do business with this high priced tire place. Heard an employee make racist comments about an Mexican Gentleman broken English. The manager was in the same area as the employee and he did not correct his bad behavior. I confronted the dude that lied and said another employee said it when in fact it was him making the racist comments . The gentleman should have been accommodated and given free service. He didn't hear the comments because I had to talk over the person making the comments. The owner called me and claim that he will fix the situation and I don't think he did. He may have talked to the employee but didn't send him to some ethics training. It is bad when your prices are too high, customer service sucks and now you a employee making racist comments. He was so comfortable and loud when making the comments so I know he has done this before.

      I want to thank you again for bringing our employee's unacceptable comments/behavior to my attention. I did directly address the situation after talking to you to get the information about what happened. The employee had already been verbally reprimanded by the store manager (who was not in the area when the comment was made) by the time I called. The employee in question is an entry level tire technician and neither a long term employee nor a supervisor of any kind. His attitude and actions do not reflect or represent our values. I insisted that the reprimand be upgraded to written with him signing off on a statement that any further such comments will result in his immediate termination. I'm sorry for the experience that you had and don't blame you for not wanting to return but I do wish you would not paint our entire 2 store operation with a 20 year track record of excellent customer service based on a kid who was in the cradle when we started. Thank you again for making me aware so that I was able to remedy the situation and I wish you the best in the future.
