    We have multiple HVAC units and a generator installed by Smith Heating and Cooling in a new construction. We have had several issues with the installation. We have attempted to contact the installer to remedy the problems however find it impossible to get service on units still under both labor/installation and equipment warranties At times unprofessional responses from the owner have occurred. We have contacted the company who manufactures the units and will find another HVAC installer in the area to service our units. We would not recommend Smith heating and Cooling for any services.

    I do not recommend use Smith's Heating, Cooling, and Generators, Inc. for any HVAC services. ***** ***** is rude, unprofessional and does inferior work. I had to have a second company come to my home to fix/correct the work Smith's Heating had done and charged me for. I am writing this review on December 21, 2023. I have been trying to get him to complete a form for my insurance company since June 2023. He claims that he is working 12-14 hour days and that is why he has not been able to complete the paperwork. If could give him NO stars I would. NOT RECOMMENDED

    When we started having problems with our generator (it was only 2 years old) it took a month for Mr. ***** to come check it. Then it was months before the part was replaced. It did not fix the generator. When we called back he said he knew what is was and he would be down to fix it. Since then he has not returned calls or text messages. After almost 6 months of this we called the Honeywell office and they gave us the number to another company in our area to use that would handle our warranty. One phone call and they were here the next day fixing our generator. I would not recommend Smith Heating and Cooling.
