    Horrible experience. I make every effort to tell people to avoid BID construction when they need renovations. My experience was 8 months, during which we were bouncing from various ******'s.During the project, BID lost at least two checks which had to be reissued, they left our home unlocked, left the *** with our belongings inside unlocked, and the new kitchen tile had to be ripped up and restarted before the project even finished. Then the tile began cracking again just 6 months after the job was completed (I was given a 1 year warranty). Now I have been trying for 9 months to get BID to come repair the faulty work.

    Bold Innovation and Design was exceptional to work with!!!! The team was very efficient, polite, and professional! The project manager, ****** was beyond pleasant and excellent at communicating!!!!! He made sure we were happy at all times. We trusted the employees to work in our home while we were not home several times. We were very impressed with the services provided and professionalism of the company!!! I would highly recommend this company! Thank you BID!!!!!
