    I chose this company through BBB quote program to have my gutters cleaned and the top of my screen room. I received a quote from ****** who scheduled me for 2:00 pm on Saturday 3/25/23. They never came! No phone call, no text! I waited until about 2:30pm to call and make sure everyone was okay (after Fridays severe weather) and to see if maybe they were running a little behind. I received ******* voicemail. I left a message and did not receive a call back. At 11:30am on Monday 3/27/23, I texted him expressing that he scheduled and he missed the appointment on Saturday. So once again I asked if everyone was okay and to let me know if the appointment was going to be rescheduled!He texted me back at 9:45am on Tuesday 3/28/23, asking if his guys could come out on Wednesday 3/29/23. I replied yes, just let me know the time. I thanked him for getting back with me. He did not respond to that text with a time. So, on Wednesday morning at 12:00noon, I texted requesting a timeline. He responded workers will come around 5:00pm. Well, it is 7:30pm and no workers, no phone call, and no text!! This was the most disappointing experience I have ever had with any company! They stood me up twice without the common decency of a phone call or text. I dont understand with this type of behavior, how they could be rated an A. Something is definitely wrong with that picture??
