      This Servpro is a joke when it comes to professional services. All Steve wants is for you to sign off so he can be paid. His word on his promises are invalid and his service was far less than acceptable.
      They came into our home and threw perfectly good insulation out of the attic onto the inside of our home floor. Then they put up several fans on top speed and blew all the insulation all over our home from the front to the back bedroom which resulted in more headaches.
      Then his workers stapled 12 staples into perfectly good wallpaper causing about $800 damage.
      After that they stapled 22 staples into a perfectly good door frame causing about $150 in damages.
      We did receive an apology from Steve saying that he would pay for the damages.
      However once he received payment he never returned our calls and unwilling to make good on his promise.
      I have the text and witnesses to prove that he agreed to pay the damages and apologizing.
      I would never work with these imbeciles ever again, and I hope this complaint saves anyone else from falling prey to these liars and under achievers in their work ethics.
      This Servpro did more damage to our home than before they entered.
      DO NOT USE THIS SERPRO EVER!
