      My name is ******* *****. I am a retired disabled Veteran confined to a wheelchair. I drive a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban with handicap tag and scooter rack attached to the back. I came into your tire business on March 18, 2022 at 4:45 pm. I purchased 4 new tires P275/55R20 Adventuro Ht GT for $853.38 using my CFNA credit card. The mileage on the 2012 Suburban was $148.79. I only drive the truck traveling to the doctor appointment and shopping. I would purchase new tires every 2 years so that I will not have to blow out because I can't Change tires in my condition.
      On July 18, 2024 I attempted to travel to Pennsylvania to attend a family reunion, but before I got near there, I had large notch forming on three of the tires, and on the way back the 4th tire formed notches. I had to purchase 4 new tires to get home.
      I brought all three of those tires back to you. You refused to make those tires good by saying the business had a new owner, but was the one that sold me the tires. The mileage on the Suburban now is 163,860 thats only 15,070. Something questionable about the sale was billed through ******* ***** **** Inc **** *** *** ******** ** *****?
      I will be willing to solve this matter with 2 new tires, with the same quality that I purchased at WalMart on my way home.

      The invoice dated on 3/18/2022 that Mr. ******* ***** supplied to you was from ******** **** ****** ******** ***** invoice, that company sold.  C & M Tire Inc. was opened on 3/24/2022. Sorry for any confusion. Any questions please let us know.
