      Fast pace urgent care 3265 US-*********************** United States Fast pace urgent care in Gautier ** charged my debit card two times without my authorization. I came in to get a work physical done I paid out of pocket in three amount of $25.00 Two months later I look at my personal checking account I see two charges to my account the first charge was $239.00. I immediately got in touch with fast pace regarding the matter and ask for my card number to be removed from their file and I said I didnt give the authorization to save my card information to their file. I asked the representative on the phone why was my card charged in the first place when I paid out of pocket she didnt give me clear answer she mentioned something regarding the insurance information that they had on file and they tried to charge the insurance company. I asked why would the insurance company be charged if I paid out of pocket. The representative informed me that my money will be refunded in five business days and she also insured me that my card information will be removed. Today I check my account again I was charged $11 on August 17 2024. I immediately contacted them again and asked why was my card being charged again when my card information was supposed to be removed for their file. I was given the same answer again your card information is removed I asked could I get email for my verification that they removed my information I was told no. I need this company to be looked into about unauthorized charges to insurance and debt charges as well.

      I called earlier asking if the NP did referrals. I was told yes. Also was told the office closed at 8:00pm. We arrived with my mother-in-law who is bedridden on March 15th @ 7:30pm. I went in and asked if she could be seen in the car. The receptionist asked and then I was told they did not see patients after 7:30. The nurse came out and I explained how hard it is to get her in a car. She has dementia and will be 91 in April. I was told to bring her back in the morning and they would see her. We only needed a referral in order for her to be seen by a surgeon on Monday.(March 18th). I feel the NP has chosen the wrong profession.It’s stressful enough as a caregiver. Sincerely. *** *****
